Hi there!
Been an industry B2B dev in mostly the .NET world for 20+ years, and a DBA before that. Always had a passion for making and playing games. The whole reason I became an engineer was to make games. Did the B2B thing because it was easier to get paid with; and now I'm hoping to transition careers to become a game dev.
Like everyone, I enjoy working on things I'm passionate about, but mostly, it's the people I'm working with that make the difference.
I'm not motivated by money. I'm motivated by making things that are enjoyable and fun for myself and others; and sharing that development experience with good people.
I've already reached my destination in life, career wise. Now I just want to have fun with things. :)
